ABOUT THIS PROPOSAL
We have spent decades in real estate sales, investment, and development — And I am now a Building Biologist and BioGeometry student. We are on the hunt to find land for workshops and to build a community. We were close - had one under contract right as Covid hit and things changed rapidly! That was in Texas. So when I discovered Open Source Ecology and the Building Class, I was very excited to bring my son with me to experience the building process. But winter time, with his school didn't quite work. He is graduation in June so we are all ready for the next one. What you do resonates deeply with my passion. We've toured modular construction facilities, studied alternative building systems, we even invested in a Frametec - framind company and spent a week out there learning about technological implementations and how they can frame a home like legos - even with using LDL & LVL for lifetime structure warranty. We are watching the housing market become increasingly out of reach for ordinary people. We are excited about what OSE is doing !!
My background is in marketing, systems, (20)+ years and Healthy Community building ( Building Biology, BioEnergetics, BioGeometry) — and my daughter/son and I have built Abundance Marketing specifically to help mission-driven organizations grow their reach without losing their soul. We offer the GoHighLevel platform white-labeled and fully supported, with hands-on guidance for setup, strategy, and growth.
My son is passionate about welding and hands-on building — and we'd love for him to participate in an OSE build event or Builder Crash Course as part of this partnership. We believe in learning by doing, and OSE's approach to immersive, collaborative building is exactly the kind of experience that shapes young builders. This partnership is personal for us.
